Hazy IPA Crackers

Hazy IPA, or New England IPA, includes oats in the mash along with malted barley. They soften the bitterness of the hops and give a hazy unfiltered look to the beer. They also affect the cracker, softening the bite from the sourdough fermentation and creating a light crisp texture. I love them both and suggest enjoying them together!
