A traditional French baguette with crisp crackling crust and a light airy crumb. Our baguettes are cold fermented overnight and made with a portion of high-extraction wheat flour; that means more nutrients and, more importantly, more flavor!

Unlike some of our sourdough breads, baguettes are best the day they are baked, so plan accordingly. If you have any left over, slice it open and make the best French bread pizza you have ever had.
