Craft Beer Grain Pizza Crust

Friday between 11:00 a.m.  - 5:00 p.m.

Now you can enjoy DeRego's pizza at home! This could not be easier. I have baked these Craft Beer Grain Pizza Crusts half-way in my deck oven and vacuumed packed them. You take them home and add your favorite toppings, pop it in the oven for just a few minutes, and you are in business!

Use it or FREEZE it immediately

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F or as hot as it will go. Pizza stone is highly recommended.
  2. Cut open package and remove crust from plastic (Straight from the freezer is fine. No need to thaw.)
  3. Add your favorite toppings.
  4. Bake pizza directly on the stone, or a sheet pan on the middle rack for 6-10 minutes. Pizza is done when the cheese is melted and just starting to brown.
